The Everything DiSC® Certification is structured as a two-week, immersive learning experience that combines self-directed online learning modules with live, virtual facilitation sessions. Participants will need to commit to a total of 20 hours over two weeks (10 hours per week).
The training has two parts, the course opens with some pre-work that is online, then about two days later, the live virtual sessions begin. These are 4 sessions, two days a week, and each are 2 hours long. So, it may take 10 business days from open to the end of the last live session.
DISCOVER WORKSMART: the Newest Innovation from Everything DiSC®
Each person registered will be sent an access code to take the Everything DiSC® Catalyst assessment, this will include the Workplace AND Worksmart on Catalyst assessments.
Once all assessment questions are completed, their personal Catalyst platform will open and they will be able to see their results as well as download each profile report.

PRC also provides a complimentary administrator account set up and training for the organization, 35 complimentary EPIC credits to complete Workplace and Worksmart, as well as ongoing support whenever needed once you have completed your certification training. Valued at $750.
