Program Experience
Over twelve weeks, you'll participate in live, highly interactive virtual learning sessions where you'll learn, practice, apply, and receive coaching every step of the way.
Unlike traditional train-the-trainer programs, this experience goes far beyond presentation skills.
You'll learn how to become a trusted learning partner who can consult with stakeholders, design learning journeys, facilitate transformational conversations, coach for behavior change, and use AI to scale your effectiveness without sacrificing authenticity.
The Capstone Practicum
Your certification culminates in an immersive 3½-day, in-person Capstone Practicum in the Boulder/Denver, Colorado area.
This is where everything comes together.
Throughout the program, you'll build a complete learning experience based on a real business challenge. Before arriving, you'll submit a brief Learning Strategy outlining the business need, learning objectives, audience, and your design approach.
Then you'll bring it to life.

Deliver your 15-minute facilitated learning experience while being observed by experienced facilitators and executive coaches using the Human Intelligence™ competency model and certification rubric.
Receive detailed coaching, practical feedback, and personalized recommendations.

Learning doesn't happen from feedback alone—it happens through application.
Using the coaching you received, you'll strengthen your design, refine your delivery, and continue practicing inside a collaborative learning lab alongside your peers.
This is where participants often experience their biggest breakthroughs.

Return to facilitate your revised learning experience and demonstrate how you've applied your coaching.
This final facilitation serves as one of the requirements for earning your Certified Human Intelligence Practitioner™ credential.
