The Modern Manager Lab is a 7-week learning experience designed to support people leaders in the real work of management—without pulling them away from it.
Built for managers who are navigating change, complexity, and increasing expectations, this lab focuses on the human skills that shape everyday leadership: giving feedback, navigating conflict, leading through change, motivating others, and building trust.
Each week includes a one-hour, facilitated session that fits into the flow of work and emphasizes immediate, practical application. Managers gain shared language and tools they can use right away with their teams, helping leadership habits take root over time.
