Description:
Engaged employees are conscientious about their work but passionate employees do whatever it takes to delight customers. Passionate employees are emotionally committed and enthusiastic about their work and their organization.
Our employee engagement survey, called The Employee Passion Survey™, will tell you the level of passion your employees have for the work they do and for your organization. It will identify exactly why there is a lack of passion, what your leaders can do to increase passion, at both the department and team level.
This program includes the EPS survey, as well as individualized survey results, a one-on-one debrief for the organization leader, debrief for all senior team leaders and department heads, and tools for increasing employee passion.
Who Should Attend:
Any organization that wants to increase passion and engagement in their organization.
Training Workshop & Survey Sections
The passion survey will measure the degree to which employees believe their intrinsic needs are being satisfied, the level of trust employees have for your organization and its management, pinpoint problem areas at the department and team level and create a culture of trust, personal responsibility and passion.
The survey has three sections:
Section 1: THE PASSION INDEX focuses on the five employee needs that ignite passion. Employees report how important these needs are to them personally and how well the organization meets those needs.
Section 2: BEHAVIORS THAT BUILD TRUST measures overall levels of trust in the organization, as perceived by the employees across the eight values that support the behaviors. It will show the gap between employee expectations and organizational performance.
Section 3: EMPLOYEE PASSION REPORT shows the overall percentage of employees who identify themselves at each of the five levels of passion.
