Brenda Abdilla, PCC
Brenda is a highly experienced coach, facilitator, speaker and author with a long track record working with individuals and teams to increase their leadership effectiveness, and professional career results. She has experience facilitating executive leadership groups and creating custom material to help audiences organize their thinking in a fresh and practical way.
Outsmarting Crazytown is Brenda’s second career-centric book and hit the Amazon bestseller list for new releases in career. She is also the author of: What’s Your Lane: Career Clarity for Moms Who Want to Work a Little, A lot, or Not at All (2013). Brenda serves as the professional facilitator for two Denver-based Women Presidents’ Organization groups and is the part of the executive coaching team for Powers Resource Center in Boulder.
On a personal note, Brenda is a devoted foodie and loves cooking and feeding people. Her claim to fame is having fed 60 people a gourmet sit-down dinner with no catering help, and one oven.
Leigh-Ann Zaharevich, M.S.
Over the last two decades, Leigh-Ann has worked with companies from two employees to 5,000, in a variety of industries. She has trained in India, spoken at international conferences, and helped build online training programs. Leigh-Ann is a Certified DISC Facilitator and uses a variety of engagement and team surveys. She was also trained to facilitate the Corporate Athlete program and is an Adjunct Instructor at the CU Denver Business School.
Shelley Gaynes, MBA, ACC
Shelley Gaynes is a certified executive coach, consultant and trainer who partners with leaders and teams to enhance their business performance and improve results. With 20 years of corporate experience, she challenges individuals to align their daily behaviors and actions with their personal goals, and with the goals and cultures of their organizations.
Shelley is also a seasoned facilitator. Workshops in Leadership, Negotiations, Sales, Communications, Management, Trust, and Teams are all part of her repertoire. She also conducts live 360s, provides analysis of data, and provides recommendations for improvement in personal and team development – at all levels of an organization.
