We are VERY excited to announce that Powers Resource Center has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Top 25 Human Resources Vendor’ Award from OnConcerences.com. We won’t know if we won until next January, but we are over the moon that we are in the running!

We have a great track record with OnCon and the ICON Awards. We won the ICON Contributor Award earlier this year, and we were nominated for two additional ICON awards – Trailblazer and Leadership. The OnConference ICON Awards recognize top companies in marketing, human resources and legal and the awards are voted on by industry leaders.

You could look at professional awards as a nice pat on the back or an ego boost, but it’s actually much more valuable than that. And it’s something every organization should be doing. Who doesn’t love getting some recognition? Here are some solid reasons to seek appreciation for your work:
