There is nothing more rewarding than being asked to share your knowledge. This month, PRC was asked to submit an article to Training Industry Inc. for their online magazine, and we were thrilled to accept!

With more than 15 years of training under our belt, we’ve seen beautifully written training plans go down in flames due to issues with actually delivering the training to learners. It’s such a waste and in so many cases, it’s avoidable. Our mission is to create a culture of connection by developing engaged, emotionally intelligent leaders and truly cohesive teams.  And you can’t do that if you drop the ball at the goal line.

So we decided to focus our article on training delivery – the importance of having a solid delivery plan in place and helpful reminders to HR and Training & Organizational Development pros about avoiding common training delivery fails.
