Happy Thanksgiving from PRC!

This week, many of us will take some time off work for the Thanksgiving holiday and reflect on the good things in our life. My hope for you is that your work life and your home life inspire you and fill you with gratitude.

For me, Thanksgiving includes four things – giving back to my community, enjoying time with friends and family, acknowledging all the good things in my life, and of course, great food. This year, my family and I will continue our tradition of running a local Tukey Trot in the morning, we’ll donate food to a local food pantry, and then it’s on to preparing the feast!

As the leader of PRC, I have so much to be grateful for.

I am grateful to my team who make everything possible and keep me organized and motivated every day.

I am excited for the opportunity to put my recently-completed Dare to Lead facilitator training into practice and encourage more leaders to find their courage and make the world a braver place. (More on that soon!)

I am very grateful for the opportunity to speak on virtual teams at the COSHRM conference last month. And I am especially humbled by all the wonderful feedback I received:

“Great material and content!”
Master facilitator. Top notch.”
“BEST presentation of the conference!!!”

Stop it. You’re making me blush ;-)

Every day we are grateful for the opportunity to create a culture of connection for all our clients. We are excited and looking forward to many exciting new opportunities in 2020! Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at PRC.
