"As a smaller vendor, PRC was flexible enough to create a partnership with us. With larger vendors, I was usually forced to take an “off-the-shelf product” and/or pay a large amount for customization. In many cases, their idea of customization was to put the company name on their materials, not quite my definition. PRC and I work very well together. They are open to feedback, ideas, and changing content to make a customized end product. In addition, Tara was open to immediate feedback and changes following the first run-through. This openness created an exceptional final product. As a facilitator, Tara quickly forms a familiar relationship with her participants.
